Tramex is available to assist you 24/7 through our after hours service. Please note that this service should be used only in the event of an emergency that cannot wait until our office is open during normal business hours.

Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, CST.

NOTE: There are fees associated with using the after hours service. The fees are PER PERSON.

Initial call $18.00 (such as reservation information or changes)

Per electronic ticket $35.00 (in addition to the $18 initial fee)

Per ticket exchange $45.00 (in addition to the $18 initial fee)

Per VOIDED Ticket $10.00 (in addition to the $18 initial fee)

VIP After Hours Service

Tramex Travel offers VIP after-hours service. Unlike our standard after-hours service, the VIP line is staffed by the most senior travel consultants and calls are usually answered within 3 minutes.

This service requires initial setup for an account. Setup takes 7-10 business days.

The minimum fee for calling the VIP service is $65 per call, per individual person on a reservation. The other fees listed above would apply, except for the $18 fee for the standard service.
